Marshall - William C. "Bill" Powell, age 58, passed away surrounded by his loving family and great friend on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Agrace Hospice Center, Fitchburg. A memorial service will be held at HOLY TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 605 Madison St., Marshall on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 11:30 am with Reverend Paul G. Anderson officiating. A visitation will begin at 9:30 am and continue until the time of service.
