WENDT, CHARLOTTE A. MARSHALL Charlotte A. Wendt, age 91, passed away on Monday February 22, 2010 at Sun Prairie Health Care Center. Charlotte was born on October 25, 1918 in Lowell, the daughter of Albert and Olga (Loeck) Wetzel. On March 2, 1946 she married Marvin Wendt at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Waterloo. Charlotte had farmed with her husband in the Marshall area for many years and they enjoyed gardening after retirement. She was member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Marshall. Survivors include her husband Marvin, their children Charlene (John) Stark of Nashville, TN, Robert (Joan) Wendt of Marshall and Allen (Catherine) Wendt of Marshall, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister and two brothers. Funeral services will be on Saturday at 11:00 AM at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Marshall with Pastor Mark Schoeneck officiating. Burial will be in Medina Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the church. Memorials to the church would be appreciated.
