Timothy E. Podolske, 73, of Brown Deer, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the Lawlis Family Hospice at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee in Mequon, Wisconsin. Born August 30, 1946 in Watertown, Wisconsin, he was the son of the late Joseph C. and Lucille A. Podolske. Timothy attended Watertown High School. He served in the US Air Force and then attended the University of Wisconsin where he graduated with a degree in accounting. Tim was an avid sportsman and played many sports (golf, basketball. Bowling, baseball, long distance running) during his time at school. He was accomplished in sports and often was recognized with newspaper articles and awards. Tim won the USA pinball championship and was a great Bridge player amongst other things. While he was in the service, he also completed Navy Seal training. Tim was a volunteer at the Church of Scientology, Mission of Milwaukee for many years. Tim's intelligence, humor, practical jokes and spirit of play will be missed by his close friends. He always had a keen insight into things and was very much a hard-working, loyal and forgiving friend. He was always there for his friends and his leadership and sage advice will be missed by his "family" and friends. He was also very much attached to his cats, smoky and Sneakers (ii) and his earlier cats Sneakers (I) and Boogers. A visitation service will be held at Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Watertown from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. Burial will follow at St. Bernard's Catholic Cemetery, with full Honor Guard. He's preceded in death by his parents.
