WICHMAN, THOMAS C.Thomas C. Wichman of Johnson Creek, 80, passed peacefully on Thursday, April 2, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen; his daughters, Donna (Paul) Brunner, Cheryl (Guy) Schroeder, Theresa (Bryan) Paulsen and Becky (Robert) Katka; and sons, Daniel (Jody) Wichman and Andrew (Andrea) Wichman; his brother, Edward Wichman and his grandchildren, Kim, Paul Jr., Trisha (Matt), Devan, Sean, Colleen, Traci, Max, Lainie, Isaac, Laura, Ben, Keegan, Reilly,  Mark, Matt , Joey, and Ellie, and great grandchildren, Josh, Alyssa, Matthew, Raylan, Jaxon, Neila, and Lillian.He is preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, three sisters, and a great grandson. Tom was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. He joined the U.S. Air Force and served in active duty for four years. Following his service, he attended the University of Oregon where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He worked as a Certified Public Accountant for many years. He met Kate at a piano bar in Pacifica, California, they married in 1964 and started a family. In 1976 they relocated to Wisconsin where Tom opened a hardware store. Later he became a real estate agent in Plover, Wisconsin. Upon retirement, they settled in Johnson Creek to be closer to their family. Tom was active in Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus, AARP, Habitat for Humanity, and the Helping Hands Food Pantry. His favorite pastime was spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed golfing, woodworking, fishing, travel, camping, and taking road trips. He will be lovingly remembered by family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations will be greatly appreciated to Helping Hands Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, and the Watertown Free Clinic.
