Shirley Bergholz

Shirley M. Bergholz, age 89 of Marshall paased away peacefully on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Columbus Health and Rehab Center.  Shirley was born on April 1, 1928 and was trhe daugher of Charles Sr., and Minnie Detert and grew up in Marshall, WI.  She then married Eldon in 1945 and the both were known in the Marshall Comunity for operating Bergholz Grocery for Many years.   Shirley is survived by daughetr Sandy, sons Tom (Julie) and Gregg (Amy).  Sister of Eunice and grandmother of eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.  She is proceeded in death by her husband Eldon, parents as well as her three brothers, Howard, Charles Jr., and Herbert and son in law Roger.   Visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 2 from 9 AM until time of service at 12 PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 204 Deerfield Rd., Marshall.  Memorials to the church appreciated.  In honor or Shirley's love for her sports teams the family welcomes those attending to wear Badgers, Packers and Brewers attire as she "takes the best seat in the house" to cheer on her teams.
