Rochelle Frandle

FRANDLE, ROCHELLE K. MARSHALL Rochelle K. Frandle, age 72, passed away on Monday February 27, 2012 at Watertown Regional Medical Center. Rochelle K. Torgerson was born on November 6, 1939 in LaCrosse, the daughter of Julian and Hilder (Tolackson) Torgerson. On November 29, 1939, she married Richard Frandle in Austin, MN. She had been employed at H&R Block in Watertown for over 25 years. Rochelle was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Marshall, the Lydian Society and the Quilters Club. Survivors include her husband Richard, their children Victoria Frandle of Marshall; Steve (Crystal Cailing) Frandle of Orting, WA; Alicia (Bryce) Funk of Westby; Kenneth (Jackie) Frandle of Waterloo and Andre (Victoria) Frandle of Andrian, MI; 20 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren her siblings Loanna (Al) Gentile of Kenosha; Ty (Kathy) Torgerson of Black River Falls and Char (Jerome) Gunderson of LaCrosse, nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a son Roderick Frandle, 2 grandsons, her parents a brother Ted Torgerson and her step mother Hazel. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 3, 2012 at 11 AM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Marshall with Pastor Mark Schoenick officiating. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 9:30 AM to 11 AM at the church. Hart-Vick Funeral Home of Marshall is serving the family.
