Robert Kopier

KOPIER, ROBERT C. MARSHALL Robert C. Kopier, age 73, passed away on Thursday May 20, 2010 at Oak Park Place Nursing and Rehab in Madison. Bob was born on April 13, 1937 in Chicago, the son of Casimer and Veronica (Jaron) Kopier. He married the former Velda Albedyll at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Marshall, she preceded him in death. Bob served in the US Air Force and he retired with rank of Sergeant. He is a member of the Marshall VFW. Survivors include his special friend Debra Bachim-Kopier of Marshall, two brothers Martin (Cheryl) Kopier of Chicago and John Kopier of Arizona, he is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was further preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be on Saturday at 10:30 AM at St. Mary of the Nativity Catholic Church in Marshall with Father Michael Radowitz officiating. Burial will be in Medina Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:340 AM at the church. Hart-Vick Funeral Home of Marshall is serving the family.
