Phyllis was born April 9, 1921 in Columbus, Wisconsin, the daughter of Earl and Margaret Jackson. On June 28, 1948 she married Robert W. Stupka in Columbus. She was a graduate of Whitewater University and later became a teacher. Phyllis was a secretary at various places in Watertown, including Hevi-Duty and Village Blacksmith. She was a devoted, lifelong member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. She is survived by daughter, Nancy Williams (Michael); son Robert M. Stupka (Sandra); nieces Marcia Bunker (Tom) and Susan Neet (Fred); granddaughters Emily Flood (Josh); Elizabeth Williams; great-grandson, Tyler Flood; nephews Jack Pike and Jim Pike. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Marge Pike and Pat Horn, as well as her husband, Robert W. Stupka. Phylllis will always be remembered as an avid sports fan and certainly for her charming sense of humor and gracious personality. Memorial Services will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 413 S. 2nd Street, Watertown on Saturday, January 14 2017 at 12:00 PM Noon. A visitation will also be held at the church on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of services. Rev. Elizabeth Tester will officiate.
