Orville Dietrich

Orville Vernon Dietrich, of Cambridge, formally of Watertown, age 84, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018. Orville was born to Ervin and Etta Mae (Bowden) Dietrich in Beaver Dam on November 23, 1933. Upon graduating from Juneau High School, he joined the U.S. Marine Corp. He was very proud to be a Marine. At one time, he owned a laundromat in Beaver Dam. He loved spending time with his family and neighbors. Orville is survived by his children, Christen Dehnert and Andrew Dietrich, a grandchild, Rebecca Miller, sister, Marlene Drake, brother, Arnold Dietrich, and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Janet Indermuehle, a grandchild, Daniel Hall and brothers, Ronald and Kenneth Dietrich. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Service from 5:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. with a service to follow, Reverend Ray Bezanson, officiating. The Military Honor Guard presentation will follow the service. Interment will be at Veterans Cemetery in Union Grove, WI. Memorials are suggested to one's choice.
