Olive Meives

MEIVES,  OLIVE  L.             MARSHALL     Olive L. Meives, age 95, passed away on Friday March 6, 2015 at So Close To Home in Marshall with her family at her side. Olive Louise Schultz was born on March 27, 1919 in the Town of York, the daughter of Edmund and Alta (Meyer) Schultz. She had been a waitress in the Sun Prairie area. Olive was a member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Marshall. She enjoyed baking, quilting, crocheting and playing cards. Olive especially looked forward to visits from her grandchildren and great granddaughter. Olive is survived by her daughter Dianne (Raymond) Rumler, grandchildren Brenda (Randy) Wenzel, Debra (Dan) Randall and Linda Rumler, a great granddaughter Nicole Wenzel. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by a grandson Bryan Rumler, a great granddaughter Rebecca Wenzel, her parents, a sister Mable Martin, a brother Albert Schultz and an aunt, Etta Meyer. Funeral services will be on Wednesday March 11, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Marshall with Pastor Arthur Faught officiating. Burial will be in Medina Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the church. Memorials to St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, would be appreciated. Online condolences may be left at svfuneralhome.com.
