HOWARD, MICHAEL W. "MICKEY" WATERTOWN Michael W. "Mickey" Howard, age 67, passed away surrounded by his family, on Tuesday December 25, 2012 at Watertown Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Monday January 7, 2013 at 10 AM at First Congregational United Church of Christ with Pastor John Kennedy officiating. Family burial will be held at a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Monday from 9:30 to 10AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church, the American Cancer Society or the charity of one's choice, would be appreciated. Howard was born on November 18, 1945 in Watertown and was the son of Herman and Bernadine (Ceman) Howard. He served in the Marine Corp from 1963 to 66, serving two tours of duty in Vietnam. On March 7, 1969 he married the former Vivian Pantely in Madison. Mike was a lifelong resident of Watertown and a lifelong member of First Congregational United Church of Christ. He had most recently been a sales person at Lakeland Auto in Oconomowoc, prior to his retirement. Mike enjoyed gardening, reading, animals and spending time at Frank's Café with his coffee group. Survivors include his wife Vivian, their daughters Angela Howard of Milwaukee, Toni (Dan) Farrell of Minocqua and Pam (Brandon) Howard Blaszak of Milwaukee, grandchildren Justin Howard, and Nicholas and Tyler Oxford, a sister Gaye (Ron) Edlund of Waukesha, a niece Mollie (Dale) Fischer, two brothers in law, 3 sisters in law,his two dogs Rufus and Tyke, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Anthony and Gregg Howard.
