Mary Jane (Schuett) Ninmann, age 87, Watertown, passed away on January 17, 2025. Mary Jane was born on October 5, 1937, in the town of Clyman to William and Florence (nee Thoma) Schuett. She married Willard Ninmann on May 15th, 1954. Willard proceeded her in death on November 8, 2012.
Mary Jane worked for most of her career at Blain's Farm & Fleet in Watertown. She loved visiting with all the customers and made many long-lasting friendships. She was most proud of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them and sharing their events throughout her life. Anyone that knew Mary Jane also knew of her love for gardening, flowers and bird feeders. She enjoyed watching her Packers and Brewers and always wanted to know when they were on TV. Mary Jane also loved to volunteer at The Marquardt, visiting many of the residents, making sure they made it to mass if they wanted to go, or just listening to their many stories. She had a big heart and made sure she had room for everyone.
She is survived by her children, Dale of Watertown, Jerry (Mary) of Watertown, Jane (Mark) Pieper of Watertown, Cynthia (Daryl) Tonn of Randolph, Allen (Jane) of Dane, Theresa (Jim) Heese of Watertown, Lisa (Paul) Kressin of St. Charles, MO. She is further survived by 14 loving grandchildren: Kimberly (Nico) Walker, Carrie (Frank) Homme, Deanna (Nick) Zubke, Elizabeth Bernabei, Vanessa (Ryan) Martin, Michael (Kimberly) Pieper, Sheena Field, Derek Tonn, Olivia (Adam) Haggerty, Madeline (Luke) Juve, Maggie Heese, Melanie Heese (Derek Kumbier), Shawn (Heather) Kressin, Corissa (Austin) Benedict and 18 great-grandchildren. Survived by sister-in-law, Eleanor Schuett.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, Willard, Daughter-in-law Nancy Ninmann, infant grandson Tyler, her siblings Harold Schuett, Margie McHugh, Lawrence Schuett, Merlin Schuett, and William Schuett.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 12:00pm at St. Henry Catholic Church in Watertown, with Fr. Tim Renz presiding. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am until the time of Mass. Burial will follow the service at St. Isadore Catholic Cemetery in Clyman.
