Marion Olson

Marion F. Olson, of Fort Atkinson, originally of Watertown, age 88, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 5, 2018. Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family. Marion was born to Frank and Ella Schultz on September 27, 1929. She graduated from Jefferson High School in 1947 and married Harold E. Olson on April 11, 1980, at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran church in Johnson Creek, WI. Marion was employed as a secretary/receptionist to Dr. Herbert Aptelberg and Dr. Ralph Ticko. She also worked as a receptionist/phone operator for Lindberg's Heavy Duty and as a secretary for the Watertown Unified School District. Marion is survived by nephews; Larry (Denise) Koch of Oconomowoc and W. Allen (Terri) Koch of South Bend, IN along other family and friends. She will also be greatly missed by her dear friends, Linda Devoe and Luke and Penny Walsh. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents and niece, Christine Koch. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Burial will take place at St. Stephens Cemetery, in Concord, WI.
