Margaret Meyer

Margaret Ann "Maggie Mae" (nee Plasil) Meyer of Watertown, age 75 passed away, after a battle with cancer on Saturday, June 6, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 4, 1940 in Milwaukee, the daughter of John and Ethel (Groth) Plasil. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, watching animals and enjoying flowers, while reading. Maggie had a contagious laugh and was always there for her family. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Maggie was deeply loved and will be sincerely missed. She is survived by her children, Dave (Cindy) Meyer, Debbie (Gerry) Bukatz and Dan (Michelle) Meyer; 8 grandchildren, Jamie Meyer, Jason Twaite, Cody and Jessica Melchior, Dan II (Stacy) Meyer, Joelena (Dylan) Setzer, Austin (Cassondra) Meyer and Cassie (Anthony) Weidmer; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, James (Nina) Plasil; sister-in-law, Agatha "Babe" Ritter; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and niece. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home with a visitation beginning at 2:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to express sympathy through memorials may direct them to the family.
