KUBLY, LORRAINE L. WATERTOWN Lorraine L. Kubly, age 85, passed away on Thursday January 3, 2013 at Heritage Homes. Funeral services will be on Monday at 1:00 PM at Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Service with Chaplain Shannon Finger officiating. Burial will in Glenview Memorial Gardens in Ixonia. Family and friends may call on Monday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorials to Heritage Homes-Memory Wing or Rainbow Hospice, would be appreciated. Online condolences may be left at watertownwifuneralhome.com. The former Lorraine Uttech was born on November 9, 1927 in Lebanon, the daughter of Frank and Esther (Wittchow) Uttech. She married Walter E. Kubly on July 16, 1949 at St. Peters Ev. Lutheran Church in Lebanon, he preceded her in death on July 22, 1999. Lorraine was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Watertown. Lorraine and Walter had farmed in the Clyman area, she was a very hard working farm wife and mother. She loved cooking, baking, watching NASCAR and spending time with her grandchildren. Lorraine is survived by seven children: Sharon (George) Hoppe of Phillips, Robert (Sue) and Diane (Ron) Stuebs both of Watertown, Amy Tonn of Whitewater, Sandra (Butch) Shearier of Merrill, Gene of Phillips and Annette (Charlie Wright) of Johnson Creek. Grandchildren Judy Symoens, Jennifer Murphy, Jill Hoppe, Erica Schneekloth, Chad Kubly, Bethany Stallman, Dana Warsh, Melody Tadych, Nick Kulke, Chris Kulke, Jesse Kubly, Amanda Kubly, Andrew Eichstaedt and Whitney Wright, great grandchildren Daniel and Heather Symoens, Damon Hoppe, Kyle Kavina, Gwen Schneekloth, Chey and Johnathan Stallman, Augustus, Kasimir and Leverette Tadych and Harrison and Hannah Warsh. She is further survived by two brothers Roger (Mary) Uttech of Watertown and Harley Uttech of Johnson Creek, an aunt Delores Uttech of Lebanon, a brother in law Ernest Kubly, Sr. and many, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents a brother Marvin (Hannelore) Uttech and a sister in law Ellen Uttech.
