Laurie Eustice, 48, of Marshall Wisconsin, passed away on February 21, 2022 after a long battle with cancer with friends and family at her side.
Laurie was born on May 18th, 1973 to David and Judy Bakken in Madison Wisconsin. Laurie grew up in Marshall, playing volleyball, basketball, and softball in high school. She played on the 1990 state winning softball team. After graduating from Marshall High School in 1991 she went on to study sociology at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
In 2003, she met Matthew Eustice, and they wed in 2006, going on to have three children, Jacob (14), Joshua (14), and Ryan (10).
Laurie was a very loving mother and wife. She loved attending her children’s sporting events, spending time at the camper, playing games and family vacations. All were always welcomed at the camper and many great memories were made there with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Matthew and their three children Jacob, Joshua, and Ryan, her father David, her brother Jeffrey (Paula), mother-in-law Patricia Eustice, sister-in-law Misty (Glen) and Josephine (Michael), and brother-in-law Phillip (Karolyn). Other survivors include nieces Mikayla, Morgan, Kelsey, Cheyenne, Autumn, and nephew Mason. She is also survived other relatives and many friends.
Laurie is preceded in death by her mother Judy.
A memorial service for Laurie will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 4:00PM at the Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home in Watertown with Pastor Hilary Furnish presiding. Visitation will be held from 2:00PM until the time of service.
