Karl Hamme

Karl B. Hamme, age 79, passed away on Tuesday April 1, 2014 at Marquardt Health and Rehab Center. Karl B. Hamme was born on May 18, 1934 in West Allis, the son of Loyd B. and Elsie A. (Voigt) Hamme. On June 19, 1955, he married the former Catherine Thym in Dousman. Karl had been employed as a carpenter for 30 years and as a maintenance man at Shorehaven in Oconomowoc for 20 years. He enjoyed woodworking and yard work and was a Packer and Brewers fan. Karl is survived by his wife Catherine, children Debbie (Chris) Stacy of California and Steve (Camille) Hamme of Watertown, grandchildren Eric Hamme of Milwaukee, Marian Hamme of Waterford and Kyle Stacy of California, three great grandsons Brayson Hamme, Jack Owsichek and Logan Stacy, other relatives and friends. Karl's cremated remains will be placed in a niche at Glenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Watertown Humane Society.
