POLLNOW, JOHN W. WATERTOWN John W. Pollnow, age 63, passed away on Wednesday March 20, 2013, at his home. A memorial service will be held on Monday at 5:30 PM at River Valley Alliance Bible Church with Pastor Matt Brown of the Columbus Assembly of God officiating. A dinner and gathering will follow the service in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials to C.A.D.A.S.I.L. research at Froedert Hospital, would be appreciated. Pollnow was born on January 8, 1950 in Milwaukee, the son of William and Thelma (Beneshick) Pollnow. On May 26, 1973 he married the former Esther Nahs at the First Assembly of God Church in Waukesha. John had been employed by Telsmith Corp. in Mequon. He was a member of the Columbus Assembly of God and a longtime former member of Hartford Assembly of God. John is survived by his wife Esther, their children John (Elizabeth) Pollnow, Aaron (Angela) Pollnow and Nathan (Esther) Pollnow, four grandchildren Micah, Anna, Anastasia and Evan. He is also survived by a sister and brothers, JoAnn (David) Swandt, Gene (Deanna) Pollnow and Dale (Jennifer) Pollnow, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. John is preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister Linda.
