Henry Ralph Staeben of Watertown, age 94 passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at his home at Zinzendorf. He was born on July 1, 1920 in Seymour, WI, the son of Arthur and Camilla (Olsen) Staeben. Henry married Helen on January 11, 1942 and were able to share 64 years together before her death on August 29, 2006. A proud veteran of WWII, he served in the Army Air Corps (Air Force) with the rank of Captain. Overseas he served in the China-Burma-India campaign as a B-29 bomber pilot. After the war, he was a prominent businessman and owner of Rasmussen Industrial Supply Co. of Milwaukee. He is survived by his children, Donna (Dr. Robert) Long of Watertown, Gary (Lana) of Pewaukee, and Derwood "Woody" (Margaret) of Arlington, VA; six grandchildren, Julie (Dan) Marks, Chad, Brett, Alexandra, Nina and James Staeben; 4 great-grandchildren, Calvin and Lauren Marks and Tate and Jax Staeben. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen and brother, Raymond. Private services were held. Internment was held at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery, Brookfield.
