Edwin Klema

KLEMA,  EDWIN  D.  WATERTOWN   Edwin D. Klema, age 77, passed away on Friday September 4, 2015 at Watertown Regional Medical Center. A visitation will be held on Saturday September 19, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Watertown. Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home and Cremation Service is serving the family. Online condolences may be left at svfuneralhome.com.  Edwin Dwayne Klema was born on January 26, 1938 in Mineral Point, WI, the son of Lloyd and Phyllis (Yanna) Klema. He served in the US Army from 1955 - 58. On June 17, 1961, he married the former Elaine Andrews at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa.   Ed had been a self employed, small engine repairman, for many years. He was a member of the DORIC lodge in Madison and The Daily Coffee Clutch Group. Ed had participated in car and snowmobile racing in his younger years. He was a Packer fan, a bowler and enjoyed spending time with his great grandsons and his family and friends.   Ed in survived by his wife Elaine, their children Tena (James) Borchardt, Dwayne Klema and Todd Klema, grandchildren Melissa (Thomas) Geraths, Jessica (Brad) Rowaldt, Ethan Klema, Lilly Klema and Isabelle Klema, great grandsons Damien Borchardt, Oliver Geraths and Finnegan Geraths, a sister Mavis Hathaway, 2 brothers Jerry (Kay) Klema and Eldon (Pat) Yanna, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter Ashley Kay Borchardt and a brother Virgil Klema.
