Doris Noel

Marshall - Doris Ann Noel, age 76, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2012 at the Sienna Crest, Marshall. She was born on October 25, 1935 in the Town of Wesport, the daughter of Clarence and Pauline (Schumacher) Taylor. Doris married Richard "Dick" Noel on June 13, 1959 and were able to share 53 years together. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church - Marshall Campus. Doris enjoyed cooking and took pride in teaching others. She touched many lives with her fabulous cooking and was well known for her "Noel's Cinnamon Rolls". She was an avid Brewers, Packers and Badgers Fan. Doris was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother; her family was her life. She was always found in the stands, cheering on her grandchildren in all of their sporting events. Doris is survived by her husband, Richard of Marshall; children, Chuck (Lori) of Deerfield, Karen (Tim) Opps of Sun Prairie and Sheri of Marshall; grandchildren, Matt, Chad, Courtney, Drew, Trevor, Bryce, Hailee, Taylor and Chloe; sister's-in-law, Joan Taylor, Donna Taylor, Arlene Taylor and Dar Taylor; brother's-in-law, Walter Keller, Bob (Nancy) Noel and Bill (Jean) Noel; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Joe, Lloyd, Steve, Vernie, Robert and Gordon and sisters, Mary and Joan. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church - Marshall Campus, Marshall on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 11:00 am with Father Michael Radowicz officiating. A visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 4:00-7:00 pm and then again on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of Mass.
