Christine L. Stern

Christine L. Stern, 54 of Watertown, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at her home.

Christine was born on February 13, 1970, in Kansas, the daughter of Alvin and Siegelinde (Kempf) Hansen. In her free time, Christine enjoyed working on arts and crafts of all kinds and had a special room devoted to them. She was also a talented baker. Above all else, Christine loved to spend time with her family. She cherished her title of ‘Grandma’ to her 5 wonderful grandkids, as well as to her grand-fur babies. Christine will be deeply missed by those that she leaves behind.

Christine is survived by: her mother Linda; her children Amanda (Jeffrey Merryfield Jr.) Kemppainen, Jamie (Riley O’Donnel) Wernig, and Ben (Sierra Doll) Kuehn; and grandchildren Dakota, Dominick, Delilah, Jax, and Alice. Christine is also survived by a number of other relatives and friends.

Christine is preceded in death by her father and sister Peggy.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
