Charlotte Counsell

COUNSELL,  CHARLOTTE  J. WATERLOO      Charlotte J. Counsell, age 80, passed away on Thursday October 1, 2015 at Highland House in Waterloo. Charlotte Jean Pliemitscher was born on March 25, 1935 in Milwaukee, the daughter of John and Louise (Lindl) Pliemitscher. On April 17, 1956 she married Vernon Counsell and he preceded her in death.  Charlotte loved to ride her scooter around Waterloo. Charlotte is survived by her children Janet (David) Evans, Connie (Brian) Mosher and Kevin (Angela) Counsell, grandchildren Eva, Michelle, Sarah, Samatha, David Kenneth III, Nathan and Jessica. She is also survived by a sister Dolores (Bernard) Worden, other relatives and friends. Charlotte is further preceded in death by two sons Charles and Glenn Counsell, a grandson Cedric, her parents a sister Marie Hubble and a brother John Pliemitscher. A Family graveside service will be held. Memorials to Rainbow Hospice in Johnson Creek would be appreciated.
