Celestine Klinger

KLINGER, CELESTINE W. BUD MERCER Celestine W. Bud Klinger, age 84, formerly of Watertown, passed away on Monday November 15, 2010 in a Park Falls nursing home. Bud was born on August 26, 1926 in Watertown, the son of Anton and Magdalene (Kreuziger) Klinger. On August 22, 1951 he married the former Sandra Meitner at St. Henry Catholic Church. Bud served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He had been in charge of facilities maintenance for the Brookfield school system and they moved to Mercer, following retirement. He was a member of St. Isaac Jacques Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife Sandra of Mercer, two sons Steven (Mary) Klinger of Hubertus and Lonnie (Darlene) Klinger of Jackson, two grandchildren a sister Dorothy Marks of Ottawa, IL, a special family friend Kathleen Bernier, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and six brothers and sisters. A graveside service has been held at St. Henry Catholic Cemetery with Father Brian Wilk officiating.
